Products excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee are:

  • Products on sale: Products on sale are considered final sales and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Gift Cards are distributed digitally immediately after payment, and sales are considered final.
  • Crowdfunding perks and gifts: Products purchased during a crowdfunding campaign if they are to be returned. We cannot accept returns because products purchased during crowdfunding are provided at deeply discounted pricing. You can exchange a Crowdfunding gift or perk for a different size. You will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs when exchanging a crowdfunding perk or gift.
