Exchanging a product
Before shipping an item for exchange, please message email@example.com to let us know what product and size you want to exchange for so we can let you know if the desired product and size are available. Please remember to add your order confirmation number, which you will find in the order confirmation email.
Packaging and return shipping
When exchanging an order, please ensure the shipment is well-packaged and protected from damage in transit. If we receive the order in a damaged and non-saleable condition, it will not be eligible for exchange.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping for the exchange shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free shipping of exchange products
As soon as we have received the products you would like to exchange, we will send out the new items free of charge, except if you have purchased the products during a crowdfunding campaign. In this case, you will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs.
