You can exchange products
- within the 30-day money-back guarantee
- within the 12-month manufacturer warranty that have been identified as faulty
In both cases you will be responsible for the return shipment. Please head to the individual policies to find out if your order is eligible for exchange.
Start the exchange process
Before shipping an item for exchange, please first send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what product and size you want to exchange for. Please remember to add the number of your order, which you will find in the order confirmation email.
Packaging and return shipping
When exchanging an order please ensure the shipment is well packaged and protected from damage in transit. If we receive the order in a damaged and non-saleable condition we cannot guarantee a full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, transit time will vary. If you are shipping an item over 100€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping method for your protection and peace of mind.
Free shipping of exchange products
As soon as we have received the products you would like to exchange we will send out the new items free of charge, except if you have purchased the products during a crowdfunding campaign. In this case you will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs.
