1. Eligibility: All AUAU Athletics® Mailing List subscribers automatically participate in the Advent Calender Giveaway, no matter their residence.

2. Winner selection: The Winners will be selected in a random drawing (via our pets) under the supervision of the AUAU Athletics employees. Our pets will hunt down a maximum of four (4) paper balls, each holding one number from 0 to 9. The selected numbers will comprise a three (3) to four (4) digit number, correlating with a position on our subscriber list. The person holding this position will automatically be the winner.

3. Giveaway Rules and Winner Notification: If a Subscriber wins a Weekly Giveaway, we will contact them by email within five (5) days following the winner selection. AUAU Athletics® shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to the winner's spam, junk email or other security settings or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the gift within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, the gift may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

To receive a gift, the winner must provide their shipping address and a phone number (used for shipping service) to receive the gift. If the winner fails to provide a shipping address, the gift may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. To receive the week 2 gift, we must receive permission from the winner to share their contact details with The Boob Whisperer, who will contact them to set up the online bra fitting session. If the winner fails to provide this permission, the gift may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

4. Advent Calendar and Giveaway Period: The Advent Calendar Giveaway will start on 27.11.23 and end on 21.12.23. We will select one winner per week from our subscriber list to receive one gift. Each week, the subscriber list has a predefined freeze date. These are:

  • Week 1: 30.11.23 at Midnight (EET)
  • Week 2: 07.12.23 at Midnight (EET)
  • Week 3: 14.12.23 at Midnight (EET)
  • Week 4: 21.12.23 at Midnight (EET)

5. Gifts: We will reveal the gifts in weekly mailings sent on 25.11.23 (week 1), 02.12.23 (week 2), 09.12.23 (week 3) and 16.11.23 (week 4). To spread the love, we will be ensuring one gift per winner. If, by chance, a previous winner is selected a second time, a new winner gets picked by that week's raffle master. The specifics of the gifts are solely determined by AUAU Athletics®. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted. The gift is non-transferable. All gift-related expenses, including but not limited to all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of gift or transfer/assignment of gift to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries each week.

6. Changes: AUAU Athletics® reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Advent Calendar should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Competition.
